If you would like to book a free 30 min. discovery call or an initial consultation for end-of-life doula support, I invite you to fill out the following form. This information will help me to understand what kind of support you are looking for and which services you might be interested in discussing together.

Reaching out to an EOL doula is a great step towards getting specialized care and support. I acknowledge this takes some courage and want to assure you of the following:
- You will be speaking with a certified end-of-life doula who is dedicated to supporting your needs, respecting your beliefs and providing the best guidance and care.
- You are under no obligation and can take your time to consider if our services would be a good fit for you.

My priority is to listen to your needs and to empower your journey. By the end of the consultation, you will have a clear sense of the options available and possible next steps.
