Empowered End of Life Planning & Holistic Care
MAiD Support
Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) is a deeply personal choice, and navigating the process can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to face it alone. As an End-of-Life Doula, I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to individuals and families considering or seeking MAiD. Whether you’re gathering information, preparing for the journey ahead, or supporting a loved one, I am here to walk beside you with warmth, understanding, and care.
How I Can Help
Understanding the Process – I offer gentle, clear guidance on what to expect when pursuing MAiD in Canada, including eligibility requirements and the legal process.
Emotional and Practical Support – From holding space for difficult conversations to helping with planning and logistics, I provide steady, compassionate ccompaniment every step of the way.
Support for Families and Loved Ones – MAiD affects not only the person who chooses it but also their loved ones. I offer heartfelt support to family and friends, helping them navigate grief, emotions, and practical concerns.
Creating a Peaceful Experience – Whether it’s helping to set up a comfortable environment, providing a calm presence, or guiding loved ones, I can help make the experience as meaningful and peaceful as possible.
Aftercare and Grief Support – The journey does not end when a loved one passes. I offer compassionate bereavement support to help families process their grief and honour their loved one’s life.

“Preparing for death is not about fearing the end, but about ensuring the journey there is peaceful, meaningful, and filled with love.”
“It's only when we truly know and understand that we have a limited time on Earth - and that we have no way of knowing when our time is up - that we will begin to live each day to the fullest, as if it was the only one we had.”
